Challenge.
SHOTCUT was asked to develop and produce a 10-part web series with Paul Roos and Gerard Murphy of Performance By Design, taking a deep dive into the common (and not so common) confrontations and disputes leaders face day-to-day.
Aimed at complimenting the e-Learning content already available on the Performance By Design website and LMS, The Culture Couch was created as a series that could be casually watched at any time helping viewers find ways to adapt and overcome even the most complicated leadership challenges.
Result.
The Culture Couch was an instant success due with its honest, informative and relaxed approach. Guests include Brian Cooke, Neil Balme and Brett Stephens from the AFL, John Higgins (Higgins Coatings), Stephen Lester (Nissan), Michael Schneider (Bunnings), Andrew Gaze (NBL/NBA) and Bianca Chatfield (Australian Diamonds).
Each guest had the opportunity to share their stories and experiences of being a leader, and tips for building sustainable, high performing cultures.
